Definitely! That is one of the services that set us apart from larger builders. You can choose to make changes to any of our plans because you are not restricted to a pre-set list of options.

Glad you asked! We won’t bore you with construction specifications when you see us, unless it is important to you. Basically, we have more steel and concrete in our foundations, and we install concrete between floors on two story homes. Copper plumbing is used for water lines. We also use three stud corners, and install nailed OSB Sheathing around 100% of the exterior of your home. In addition, we use screws on all drywall installation to build you a better caliber home. We believe that it’s not enough to just have quality specifications; it’s necessary to have the right team to make it happen out in the field!
